PERFORMANCE PREDICTOR

Use the following prediction feature to work out your potential at a new distance, based on a past performance at a different distance. You can use a recent race time which will be used to calculate your potential at a different distance in your current state of fitness - or - you can use your personal best performance to estimate your best performance potential at a new distance. It will work both ways, either stepping up or stepping down in distance. It's good fun, give it a try!

The formula used was devised and refined by Pete Riegel, well known US running nut and course measuring expert. It is used with his full permission.
